of websites, mobile apps, contents, products and services provided by our company Chiara s.a.s. (“QuickRest”).
If you choose to use QuickRest, then you agree to the collection and use of information. The privacy policy
allows you to understand which data we collect, why we collect it and how we use it. It is important that

The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing a better experience to all QuickRest users,
like the important aspect of language recognition.
Information is collected in the following ways:

Data provided by the user.
When creating an account, we collect the data that you provide us with during the registration procedure; such data include name and email address.

Location data provided at the moment of the order
When a user uses QuickRest, we collect further data needed to complete the order, like telephone number
(which is inserted manually by the user) delivery address and location information. We use several
technologies for location determination, including IP address, GPS and other sensors that could, for
example, provide QuickRest with information about devices, Wi-Fi access points and nearby signal repeaters
for mobile phones. Finally, we collect data about the payment method, which include only and exclusively
the type of payment (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card): all other data necessary to complete the payment (e.g.,
username, password, card number) are not given to QuickRest but rather they are directly given to the
payment provider like PayPal or card circuit, and there is no way in which QuickRest could ever access
or keep this data.
Device information. We inform you that we may collect data regarding the device that you are
using to access QuickRest. Such data include IP address. Your devices (depending on their settings),
could also provide data about your location. For example, we use information about your device to
detect abuses and for the identification and fixing of bugs.
Cookies and other technologies. We make use of technologies like cookies and tag pixel to provide,
improve, protect and promote our Services. Cookies are used to remember your username for the following
access or to improve our Service by understand how you interact with it. You may set your browser so as
to refuse cookies, even though you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
Public order and public interest. We reserve the right to divulgate your data to third parties in
case we think that such divulgation is reasonably necessary to: (a) respect any law, regulation, legal
procedure or appropriate official request; (b) safeguard anyone from death or serious physical injuries;
(c) prevent frauds or abuses at the expenses of QuickRest or its users; (d) protect rights, property,

Data retention. When you register and open an account, we will keep the provided data until that
account exists, or until we need it to provide you with our Services.
All over the world. To provide you with our Services, we reserve the right to sore, process and transfer your
data in the United States and in any other country of the world, even outside your country. The information
could also be locally stored on the devices that you use to access our Services.
We make use of the collected information to manage the services offered by QuickRest.
When users use QuickRest we keep track of such notifications to resolve possible problems.
We may use the email address of the user to provide information about our services,
like notification of changes or updates.
People have different approaches to their privacy. Our goal is to be clear about the data
that we collect, so as to allow users to make responsible decisions about the use of
such information.
We do not share personal information to any company, organization or private person t
hat are not members of the QuickRest staff.
We work to protect QuickRest and its users from unauthorized access to the information
in our possession, as well as from modification, divulgation or unauthorized destroying
of such information.
Our privacy policy applies to all services offered by QuickRest, while other services
(to which other policies apply) are excluded.
We are constantly verifying compliance with our privacy policy. Moreover, we follow several
self-regulation agreements. Whenever we should receive any written formal complaints, we will
contact the sender. We collaborate with the competent authority, including local authority
delegated to data protection to settle any complaint regarding the transfer of personal
data that could not be directly solved with our users.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We commit ourselves not to reduce the
rights of the users required by the present privacy policy without their agreement.
These changes are posted on this page, and in case of significant changes we will notify
the users (for changes regarding some services, we will notify the users via email about
the modifications to the privacy policy). Old versions of the privacy policy will be stored
to allow future reference. In case of reorganization, merging, acquisition or sale of our
goods, your data could be transferred according to the relative agreement. In such case,
you will be notified and informed about the possible choices (for example, with a message
sent to the email address associated to you account).
We reserve the right to periodically update the present privacy policy. The latest version of
the policy will be published on our website. In case a revision of the policy could significantly
reduce the rights of the user, we will notify them.
